These terms are written to make the booking relationship clear. Go Agadir Transfer arranges reservations and customer support; the journey itself is carried out by an independent, authorised transport provider. Please read the booking summary and these terms before you submit a request or confirm a service.
1. Who these terms cover
“You” means the person making the booking and the passengers included in it. “Go Agadir Transfer”, “we” or “the platform” means the booking intermediary identified in the Legal Notice. “Transport provider” means the independent operator assigned to carry out the transfer.
2. Request, quote and confirmation
- The website first records your requested journey. A submitted request is not accepted merely because it has been received.
- If a route needs manual review, we check availability, vehicle suitability and price before sending an offer.
- A booking becomes confirmed only when you receive an express confirmation containing the journey, agreed price, payment status and booking reference.
- Please tell us immediately if the confirmation differs from what you requested. Changes remain subject to availability and any price difference.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact, pickup, flight, passenger and luggage information; check local dates and times; keep a working telephone available around pickup; and tell us about child seats, mobility needs, surfboards, wheelchairs or other oversized/special items before confirmation. The person booking must have authority to accept these terms for the group.
4. Price and payment
The confirmed price covers the service described in the confirmation. Extra stops, waiting, route changes, undeclared luggage, additional passengers, parking or other extras are included only when stated. Cash-to-driver bookings remain pending until confirmed. Online payment, when enabled, is handled by the named payment provider under its own secure process.
We will not charge a different price without telling you why and asking you to accept it. Currency conversion or bank charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.
5. The transport provider
The assigned provider is responsible for the vehicle, driver, required licences and authorisations, insurance, roadworthiness, safety and day-to-day performance of the journey. Go Agadir Transfer is responsible for carrying out its own booking, communication and support services with reasonable care. We may share the provider’s identity or contact details in the confirmation or before pickup.
6. Pickup, delays and no-shows
Follow the meeting instructions in your confirmation and contact us promptly if you cannot find the driver. Reasonable waiting or flight monitoring applies only where expressly confirmed. If you provide an incorrect flight, date, telephone number or pickup point, or leave before contacting support, the service may be treated as a customer no-show.
Traffic, road closures, weather, airport controls and public events can affect journey time. Customers remain responsible for choosing a pickup time that includes a sensible margin for check-in or other fixed appointments.
7. Passengers, luggage and conduct
The confirmed capacity may not be exceeded. The provider may refuse unsafe, unlawful, abusive or seriously disruptive conduct and any item that was not declared and cannot be carried safely or legally. Smoking is not permitted unless the provider expressly says otherwise. Children must use the legally appropriate restraint where required; requested equipment is subject to written confirmation.
8. Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel, use the secure manage-booking link or the contact details in your confirmation. A change is effective only when accepted in writing and may involve a price difference. Unless a booking-specific rule gives you more favourable terms: cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup is free with a full refund of any amount collected; cancellation 12 to 24 hours before pickup carries 50% of the confirmed fare; cancellation under 12 hours or a customer no-show carries 100%. If the provider or platform cancels without an acceptable alternative, amounts collected for the unperformed service are refunded in full. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
For electronically booked transport to be supplied on a specific date or during a specific period, the general distance-selling withdrawal provisions in Articles 36 and 37 of Morocco’s Law No. 31-08 do not apply under Article 42. The pre-contract information and durable confirmation duties in Articles 29 and 32 still apply. This does not remove any cancellation right stated in your confirmation or any mandatory consumer remedy.
9. Provider cancellation or service problem
If the confirmed service becomes unavailable, we will tell you promptly and try to arrange a suitable alternative with your agreement. If no acceptable alternative is available, amounts collected for the unperformed service will be refunded as required by law. Report a missing driver, unsuitable vehicle, safety concern or material service failure as soon as possible so it can be investigated while evidence is available.
10. Liability and events outside reasonable control
Each party remains responsible for the part of the service it performs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury caused by fault, or any consumer right or remedy that Moroccan law does not allow us to exclude. Liability may be affected where a problem was caused by the customer, an unforeseeable and unavoidable third party, or force majeure, subject to applicable law.
11. Complaints, law and disputes
Send a complaint through the contact page with your booking reference, what happened and any useful evidence. We will acknowledge it and seek information from the assigned provider where relevant. These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Nothing here prevents a consumer from using a competent court or mandatory dispute process available under applicable law.
