Go Agadir Transfer is an online booking and customer-support service for private transfers in Morocco. It connects customers with independent transport providers; it does not itself perform a journey unless a confirmation expressly identifies it as the transport provider.

Platform role
The platform receives journey requests, prepares or communicates quotes, records reservations, sends confirmations, provides customer support and, when enabled, facilitates payment. These activities do not by themselves make the platform the road carrier.
Independent transport providers
A confirmed transfer is performed by the independent provider assigned to the booking. That provider is responsible for the vehicle, driver, licences, permits, authorisations, insurance, roadworthiness, safety procedures and operational performance required by Moroccan law. Provider identity or contact information may be included in the confirmation or communicated before pickup.
Publication and hosting
Publication director: Rachid Chourrane.
Hosting: the website is hosted through Hostinger. The production domain and mailbox will be updated when goagadirtransfer.com is activated.
Website content and intellectual property
Website text, branding, layout and original material may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where the law allows it. Third-party photographs and assets remain subject to their credited licences. Route descriptions, travel times, availability and illustrative vehicle images are general information; only the written booking confirmation forms part of a specific service.
Consumer information
Morocco’s Law No. 31-08 requires clear information for consumers and, for electronic transport bookings, access to the service characteristics, supplier identity, contact details, price, performance terms and a durable confirmation. The booking flow and confirmation should be read together with the Terms and Conditions.
Personal information
Personal-data processing is governed by Morocco’s Law No. 09-08 and supervised by the CNDP. Purposes, recipients, rights and transfer information are explained in the Privacy Policy. Any required CNDP declaration, authorisation or foreign-transfer reference must be completed and then published where applicable.
Contact and applicable law
Use the contact page for booking support, legal notices or data-rights requests. This website and its intermediary services are governed by Moroccan law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or access to a competent authority or court.
