This policy explains how Go Agadir Transfer uses personal information when you browse the website, request a quote, make or manage a booking, contact support, or pay through an available payment provider. We use booking data to organise the service you asked for—not to sell profiles or send unrelated marketing.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
Go Agadir Transfer is a trading name operated by Rachid Chourrane, a Moroccan auto-entrepreneur, and determines how booking and customer-support data are used. The legal identifiers and address are published in the Legal Notice. Independent transport providers are responsible for the information they use to perform an assigned journey.
2. Information we collect
- Journey information: pickup and destination, date and time, flight or accommodation details, stops and special instructions.
- Passenger information: name, telephone number, email address, passenger and luggage counts, child-seat requests, and accessibility or other assistance you choose to request.
- Booking and payment records: reference, quoted price, currency, payment status, refunds and provider transaction references. We do not store full card or PayPal login details.
- Support records: messages, changes, complaints and evidence you send us.
- Technical information: security logs, IP address, browser/device information and essential cookies needed to keep the website and booking session working.
3. Why we use it
We use the minimum information reasonably needed to prepare a quote, take steps you request before a booking, create and administer a booking, assign an appropriate provider, process or record payment, send service messages, prevent fraud, keep the website secure, answer complaints and meet accounting or other legal obligations.
Under Morocco’s Law No. 09-08, processing may be based on your clear consent, the steps needed at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest that does not override your fundamental rights. Any optional marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn.
4. Who receives booking information?
Only people who need the information for the stated purpose receive it. This may include the independent transport provider assigned to the journey; website hosting, email and technical-support providers; an enabled payment provider; professional advisers; and public authorities where disclosure is legally required.
The assigned transport provider receives only the practical details needed to perform the transfer and contact you about pickup. We do not sell or rent personal information.
5. Hosting and transfers outside Morocco
Some technical or payment providers may store or access information outside Morocco. Where that happens, Go Agadir Transfer must complete the required CNDP formalities and use a lawful transfer mechanism under Articles 43 and 44 of Law No. 09-08. Provider and destination details will be kept current as services are enabled or changed.
6. How long we keep it
Incomplete booking sessions expire after about two hours. Unconverted quote records are kept for up to 12 months. Confirmed booking, confirmation and payment records are kept for up to 10 years where needed for accounting, claims and legal obligations. Technical security logs and identifiable first-party analytics are kept for up to 90 days. Optional marketing data is removed when consent is withdrawn or it is no longer needed.
7. Your rights
Subject to Law No. 09-08, you may ask whether we hold information about you, request access or correction, and object for legitimate reasons to particular processing. You may withdraw consent for future optional processing without affecting earlier lawful use. We may need reasonable proof of identity before acting on a request.
Send a request through the contact page or to info@goagadirtransfer.com and include your booking reference where relevant. We may need reasonable proof of identity. You may also complain to Morocco’s Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à Caractère Personnel (CNDP).
8. Security and updates
We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards and restrict access to people who need it. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please do not send card numbers, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information by email or free-text booking notes.
We will update this notice when our services, providers or legal duties change. The date at the top shows the latest published version.
